We stayed here from March 21st to March 26th.nOn arrival Jamie was very attentive and friendly, Tristan was the most affable young man, so helpful and courteous, a real people's person. Kate our breakfast lady 10/10 always had a smile on her face and couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. Shirley and Lakshmi were so very kind don't ever lose them always smiling and a real credit to you. Shirley is one in a million. The housekeeping, team were fantastic, our rooms were immaculate and nothing to much trouble. Rachel and Shane etc, I cannot endorse this hotel enough, I have stayed here a few times and feel part of a family. Thank you Holiday Inn Stirling for looking after me and my family, you couldn't have done anymore to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended.
Fabulous staff - Kate in the breakfast area was so cheerful and the front desk gentleman was helpful as we are new to the area. Rooms were good and lots of stations on the TV. Free parking but make sure you provide you license plate at the front desk.nNo safe and no fridge in our room. USB charger beside the bed. Small shower, no tub, good pressure and very hot water.
Great service. Comfortable rooms. Happily fit family of 4 including cot in room. Staff fantastic. Couldn't of been more helpful when needing a bottle for a a hysterical 1 year old at 11pm. Thanks so much! Will definitely be back.
Family rooms are terrible with Holiday Inn. The second bed is an unconformable sofa bed. It creaks and groans for everybody. Nobody has a good night's sleep in these rooms. For us the aircon started leaking as well. Shower was tatty. Even breakfast was a poor show compared to other holiday inns. If your a family then go to the premier inn where the beds are better and so was the breakfast. Only positive is the staff are nice and aware of the bed issues.
Enjoyed the stopover, found it great for what I intended for. The room was clean, the decor I found so much better than the chains it directly competes with. The bed, the sheets and the pillows were extremely comfortable, had no zero complaints sleeping.nnOverall, I enjoyed my stay, would consider Holiday Inn Express again or the IHG's. And a special mention to the lady who was very helpful, on the night I was extremely exhausted from travelling. Karen I think her name was, she was extremely brilliant!
