Our Story

Busy week at work called for a Dominos on a Tuesday. Got to try the Pepperoni for the first time yesterday and it was delicious. Everyone who tried it said they couldn't tell it was vegan too Would definitely get it again and the garlic and herb dip is banging. Thanks
You all see the micro slice on the top? them nanosorted atom-mashed expelliarmused houdinied my pizza!! what did they do to my pizza? why that slice on the top turned into a minor? It doesnt even match up to the one next to it its like getting friend zoned
warning stay clear Avoid this franchise at all cost me and 2 friends ordered fron this company on Sunday the 4th of December 2022 after consuming there product we had bouts of diarrhea and vomiting for 24hrs. I called amd explained the situation of the day they agreed on a full refund, i was happy with that as I thought it was a fair offer. They said it will take 3 to 5 working days to come back to me. Patiently waiting for it to land it never did so I waiting a couple days more it never landed so I called them up a couple days ago for them to say will be with you end of the day or tomorrow morning. No refund so I xalled them ip again today and they have passed me tp so many manager's in 1 shop they even had me off of hold at one point and I heard them say just keep cutting him off. So if you want to be ripped of and have a bout of food poisoning poor customer service then call this pathetic excuse of owner ship of the dominoes franchise. warning stay clear
We were missing a pizza from our delivery. Called the store who said they would send it promptly. An hour later, nothing has turned up. Called the store again, was reassured it was sent so I agree to give it a few more minutes. Moments later I get a call back to say that it was never sent and am offered a refund. I am still waiting for the refund. I had a rubbish working weekend dealing with a lot of incompetence. When I finally came home to relax, I ended up paying to get even more incompetence.
Three times we have ordered from this store and the pizza is in "quality control" for around an hour before it leaves for delivery. One time our order of two pizzas took 3 hours to arrive. Every time the pizza arrives cold and with the oil soaked into the box so it's obvious it has been sat in the box for well over an hour. Worst dominos I have ever ordered from. Would recommend others to also go to the domino's website and report the store.
Waited patiently for pizza in the shop after placing the order, we sat around the corner so as not to get in the way of other customers, eventually one staff member called our names to collect pizza, and then we were told that we should be looking at the board and ask for the pizza. Quite funny really as next time I will say all the names on the board and take all the pizzas after jumping the counter to pick them up. Another instance of little kiddies being tasked with a simple job that they think is beneath them. I expect most of them are budding astronauts / Elon musk just getting some money before they rule the world. Last time I will visit Domino pizza....pizza hut was always better
Very disappointing! The person who took my order was very courteous, but the woman in glasses who delivered it was highly arrogant. She rudely dropped the pizza at the counter and spoke in a very haughty manner. Don't hire such unprofessional people, please.
I have ordered a pizza for collection and the behaviour of the lady was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have called her so many times ..she couldn't hear me .. she was busy with her phone . I have called her thrice and then she looked at me and gave a nasty look.
The best staff, service, attitude and not on a last place the most delicious place in Bristol for the small hours, especially if you're hungry in the middle of the night!!! I was not even in their area, but they've done anything possible to sort me out after 20hours shift and empty fridge home! Thank you so much, guys! Keep doing what you doing best and stay blessed!!! -Lina
Pizza was delicious and well made. Made quickly and staff were reasonably nice. As always with Domino's, dont buy without some sort of voucher/discount.Food: 5/5
