For a change the staff here seemed to enjoy the work and not only looked after the customer but also the surroundings, the area was kept clean and the toilets although quite small were very clean so credit to the staff on shift, but I go back to my gripe of queuing twice, first to order the machine which alot of people still have issues with then once ordered queuing again waiting for your food which although says on the board is ready its still being prepared, please bring back the till and the staff that serves you turns round and puts your order together , then move on to the nextnOther than that a enjoyable experience and good value for money
It's terrible here, the management and franchisees should be thoroughly ashamed.nnService took 15 minutes, though I think that the food items were hanging around for at least double that time as most was cold or luke warm at best, and the drinks had clearly been pre-prepared as the ice had melted causing the drinks to be watery and flat.nnOne of us had a double quarter pounder which looked as though it had been pre-chewed. Another had chicken selects, which were very overcooked and one of those was broken in half for some reason. We also shared a box of the cheesy garlic bread bites, but they were stone cold and inedible.nnThis is our first time to this location, and this is not what McDonalds is usually like. I feel sorry for the locals, and I recommend anyone and everyone avoids it like the plague.
Food was alright and service was fairly quick but the place was a tip it was so bad that workers even said that it was a mess and clearly weren't on top of it
As always you get the same lovely food but of disabled toilets I'm not very disabled friendly. I'm a big guy my knees were under the sink when sat on the toilet....... Not gods
We got there about 10 for breakfast and had to wait about 25 minutes for our food to be ready even though it wasn't busy, 3 items on the order were wrong but they fixed it and everything was fine and yummy in the end. Plenty of seating and you can get your own tomato ketchup and stuff which is nice.
