The employees are very good, although the team is very young. The service is always excellent, for example, it is the only McDonald's where they have never made a mistake when ordering juice without ice. I come every weekend from far away to eat here. Incredibly slow no matter what time of day or how you try to order. 9 times out of 10 order is wrong with items missing including sauces which were paid for.
Friendly service and food is always good. Every now and then items can be missing from the takeaway bags when handed over, so I always make sure to double check and staff are quick to sort the issue out. Love having affordable takeaways in our little town for those night when you need something quick and easy! I would love if you would consider a delivery option, or even using deliveroo to make it a bit more convenient! ThankS guys x
Ordered on the app. Parked up and waited for my breakfast… and waited… and waited. After ten minutes I went in and asked when it was coming. First time they said the order hadn’t come through. This was a lie. My order was on the screen and clearly being ignored. I eventually got my breakfast 15 mins after the order was paid for.nMade me late for work.
It's a McDonald's you know what you get.. nice and clean with friendly staff... always busy though...
