This place is amazing and i have highly appreciated this staff camaren and the manager. They have helped at 1am in the morning and my little one want to use the toilet they have opened the store straightaway and let us use the toilet thank you guys.
Today I visited this McDonald's after calling ahead to ask which toy was being given with the Happy Meal Mario Galaxy promotion. This was for my son, who has already collected Princess Peach, Frog Luigi, and Luma Star, and is eager to complete the set. I specifically asked what was available and was clearly told that Bowser Jr. was being given.nnBased on that, I travelled around 3 miles in the rain, expecting to get a new toy. On arrival, staff opened a few boxes in front of me, but each one contained Princess Peach. When I referred to the earlier call, the manager said they didn’t know who took it and that this was the only toy available.nnThat does not match what I was told over the phone. If availability is uncertain or effectively fixed for the day, that should be communicated clearly so customers can make an informed decision.nnThis was extremely disappointing. It wasn’t just about the toy - my young son was very excited expecting a new one and ended up quite upset. A simple, accurate response over the phone would have saved time, effort, and avoided this situation altogether.nnI still went ahead with the purchase knowing I would receive a duplicate, but that does not change the fact that I was misinformed.nnI would strongly request better communication and accountability when responding to customer queries over the phone. Customers rely on that information.
I placed an order and, upon receiving it, discovered that three meals were missing. I immediately contacted the store and was initially willing to return and collect the missing items. However, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive staff who refused to provide the missing food, despite the fact that I had already paid for it in full.nTo make matters worse, the McDonald’s app was not working at the time, leaving me unable to resolve the issue through the usual channel. I was given a contact number by staff, but this number was out of service, which only added to the frustration.nThe attitude of the staff I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was made to feel as though the issue was not their responsibility, despite clear evidence that part of my order was missing. Being told there was “nothing they could do” is completely unacceptable in this situation.nAs a paying customer, I expect a basic level of service, accountability, and respect. This experience fell far below those expectations. I would avoid.
Disappointing to say the least, came here at 12am 18 july to be told to park up, where I waited near 40 minutes for a burger and chips. I’m not a confrontational person but plucked up enough guts to go back through the drive through to ask if they’d forgotten about my order. I was then shouted at over the tannoy by who I assume was a manager saying it’s busy and i should of waited longer baring in mind the drive through was no busier than what it usually is. I get that being busy is stressful as i’ve been there myself but to shout at a customer over a tannoy is appalling customer service. I left without my food nor a refund due to being too scared to even ask again.
No AC was working inside the building when I arrived. Then they got my order completely wrong, and I ended up waiting a full 40 minutes for my food. Meanwhile, someone who came in 30 minutes after me got their order before I did. When I asked where my order was, they just said, Sorry, we’re trying to get all the orders completed. After I mentioned how long I’d been waiting, she just ignored me. Very ignorant staff.
