Visited a few times. Always so frustrating but visit because it's our local branch. Slow service, orders not always correct. Ordered plain cheeseburger as part of our order in drive through. Checked order before we left (because it's been wrong in the past) and cheeseburger want plain so had to go into main restaurant to get it changed. I went to drive through for convenience but had to go into restaurant anyway!! So frustrating that the order was wrong again! Luckily my kids don't have McDonald's that often!

AVOID! expect to wait 10minutes for an apple pie-not 'fast' food then, miracle if coffee or milkshakes are available, I got a big Mac with no lettuce no sauce! How hard can it be to make a big Mac correctly? Staff need to be retrained in the art of Big Mac's.

Slow service drive thru and staff not trained in how to communicate professionally to customers. Iced drink machine was switched off for cleaning during lunch time on a hot day made no sense to me. Chops are cold and never full

Had a chicken salad but the salad only had lettuce and no tomato or cucumber which was very disappointing.

Spot on. Order correct and promt. Friendly and smiley. Better than a lot of others. Glynneath still Holds the record for the worst out there.
