Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Excellent room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the Beefeater. Very tasty breakfasts with an excellent choice. Ideally situated for visits to places such as Cambridge, Ely and Lincoln. Lovely walks nearby if you have a dog. Would thoroughly recommend.
Very good area, very quiet. Room very clean, well designed and well decorated. No daily cleaning and that is a bit of disappointment. Bed very comfortably, bathroom very clean. What else I could expect? Nothing more, so YES I strongly recommend this hotel. Well done. And extra points for supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital in London!!!!
The Premier Inn itself is good. You know what you’re getting with a Premier Inn. Clean, well-presented affordable and friendly staff. The stay fell with the breakfast. It’s next door in the Beefeater and is pretty basic. The staff are friendly enough, but the food didn’t taste great. It tasted like it was cooked in the same fat that hadn’t been changed in years. The worst part was the plates and bowls were filthy. I mentioned this to the staff, who went to check and changed them, but they were still dirty. Maybe swerve the expensive breakfast and go somewhere else.
The best thing about the room is the bed, pillows and bedding. I have a lot of experience in hotels all over and world due to my work, Premier Inn beds are some of the best. The room is clean, it has nearly everything you need. The WiFi didn't work as good as usual but was acceptable. Not keen on the breakfast though, can't recommend the beefeater either for dinner or breakfast. The food quality is very poor.
Really friendly staff at the hotel & restaurant. Special thanks to the hotel receptionist, she left a very kind & thoughtful treat for us after a little chat about our reason for staying. She really went above & beyond & it made all the difference. We always stay at premier inns but this one is a bit specialRooms: 5/5
Ideally located for my requirements. Very helpful and friendly service. Comfortable rooms but very warm during the night. They could do with a refresh but it's just cosmetic. Clean room, exactly as described and reasonably priced. Food & drinks: Great full English breakfast. Very friendly service, my evening server was the happiest smiling lady who provided A+ service
Staff were good but they did not clean room for 4days i was thete no clean towels.cups.glassres .tea .coffee.put sign outside room and tell receptoin nothing was done Rooms: Nice my kids loved them

We stayed one night and found the room to be clean and big enough for the four of us. The staff we met was friendly. We didn't use any on-site eating facility, but bring a takeaway. I gave the room 3 stars only because we came in the summer, the room was 26.5°C, the little window let in no air at all and the provided fan while nice ended up only moving the hot air around. There was no way to cool the room down and out of 4 only 3 had a good night. We also apparently, came on National Vanilla Ice Cream day and they had vouchers for a free ice cream for kids, which I thought was great. Sadly, we didn't manage to use them. Parking was free as a guest and there was plenty of space including some under cover. A Beefeater next door offers meals and the Ferry Meadows Park is only a 15 or so minute walk away and well worth the visit. We might stay again there soon, hopefully it has cooled down by then ;
Exactly what you get promised as a customer, I had an accessible room as I am a wheelchair user. It was a good size and had everything you could need. Good value for a reasonable price with a comfy bed too!
