The staff are warm and friendly. Helpful. Our room was spotless. Comfortable and we had everything we needed. Omar was a true gentleman and helped me sort an issue I had. Also Holly at BUXTON where I had tried to book was so kind friendly professional and went the extra mile to help. Great customer service. Central reservations however need to answer the phone when customers call. Thank you Holly and thank you Omar. X

Stayed here now twice. Rooms have always been very clean, there is never much noise. Checking in and out was extremely simple. The members of staff that were there were really kind and answered any questions we asked. The Price is always great value for what you get. Will definatly be returning.

Lovely small hotel with larger than usual sized rooms. But the restaurant is rather tiny only seating about 10 groups of people. There are also a small amount of staff and parking spaces, however it is a small hotel. With beautiful views over the edge of the rolling hills. And a gym and pool facility just next door.

Stayed here a couple of times, the rooms are quite lovely as standard for premier inn. Wasnt so keen on the kitchen workers or the manager who were a little hostile. Though everyone else was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and they did their best to help with whatever they could. I can only apologise for my obscene drunken behaviour. Overall its not a bad place.

Although the reception desk is functional and minimalist everything is very tasteful and of a very good standard. This includes not only the room but also the breakfast. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly.
