Absolutely APPALLING!!! I phone up as the order is late, get crappy attitude down the phone, I asked if the food would still be hot when it arrived - guess what turned up freezing cold. No offer of a refund or even money off. The food hadn't been in a hot box since it was cooked. NEVER will I be ordering from here again. What a waste of money. If your running late a courtesy call or text would have been ideal. I had previously rated here 5 stars but after the treatment tonight it deserves nothing more than 1 star.

Well it can be a bit hit or miss with this place. Last night was a big miss I'm afraid. I made an online order and asked for it to be delivered at 20:45. Unfortunately it didn't arrive. To make matters worse I couldn't get through on the phone, line engaged constantly. Thankfully I had ordered via JustEat, who also tried to contact them and they couldn't get through either. They gave me a full refund. Pizza never did arrive even though it said on my email that it had been delivered. I don't think I would have got a refund if I hadn't gone through Just Eat. Thanks to Pizza Connection I had to eat something out my freezer, great after a hard days work, thanks for making my stressful day even worse!

Went to this place with a friend last night and the service was appalling. The miserable guy serving us was completely rude and impatient and was blatantly annoyed when I was undecided about what to order. Will not be going here again - certainly wouldn't recommend these guys.
