Staff are very friendly but the dinner menu is mainly curry and the breakfast items are not what you'd expect from such a nice hotel...possibly due to the pandemic. Views are extremely nice so that why it's only 3 stars. Rooms are good, beds are comfy if you like a softer mattress. Would I return? Yes if the food was better!
The hotel was recommended to me. It was close to the train station and my visiting destination. Staff were friendly and services such as calling for taxies, registering my stay etc were made easy.

Nice hotel friendly staff nice room
Absolutely brilliant value for money. We stayed in a club room which is very spacious and well equipped. Nice and clean. Great choice at breakfast. Plenty of parking. Good links for metro. 10 minute walk to the lowry theatre/outlet. The staff from check in to leaving were all well mannered and eager to help. Will be staying again.
