We visited Manchester to watch the UFC. As always the rooms were clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and could not do enough for you. When we were leaving to go back home, as we exited the hotel a member of staff asked us if we know where we were going and if we needed any directions. Superb service. Rooms: Clean and tidy and with a good view.
I have now stayed here twice, lovely modern hotel, every member of staff I have encountered provide both friendly and efficient service. Have never eaten here so cannot comment on meals however we had a few drinks at the bar which were reasonably priced for a hotel £10 for 2 cocktails on 241. Rooms are spacious, we usually splash out on the Premier plus rooms but the standard are roomy and tidy as well. Everything you expect from premier inn, and done very well. Clean, tidy and efficient Will stay again when in Manchester
We stayed here one night to go to see Take That. Our stay started on a high note when we were checking in We wanted to pay to check in early so needed a staff member Step up Oshane. What a brilliant and helpful guy. Full of humour but very respectful, he couldn’t have done any more for us. The room was ideal for overnight, clean, quiet and a very comfy bed. A really good breakfast finished off our stay. This hotel is ideally located for a Manchester trip. Close to the train station, and only a short walk to the transport hub of Piccadilly Gardens Would highly recommend
Yeah, love premier inn and this lived up to why I like them. Good price, but you get a nice room with a good bed. Quite a nice view from our room. Breakfast always good.Rooms: 5/5
My recent visit to the restaurant was a mixed bag, with the quality of service leaving much to be desired. While the ambiance and food were satisfactory, the staff's behavior left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, one of the low points of the evening was the encounter with an Asian woman behind the bar. Her demeanor came across as rude, which was disappointing and tarnished the overall experience. However, I must commend the polish guy who was working in the restaurant. Despite not being directly responsible for the situation, he stepped in on several occasions and handled the shift with professionalism, which was much appreciated. The waiting staff, consisting of two females, also left something to be desired. While one of them was polite, the other seemed to forget the importance of discretion when engaging in private conversations. Hearing about personal matters, like decorating, while dining detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the decision to stop serving food at 9:30, despite the menu indicating service until 10 pm, was disappointing. It's essential for establishments to adhere to their advertised timings to maintain customer satisfaction. In conclusion, while restaurant offers decent food and ambiance, improvements in staff training would be a advantage
From the instance of arrival the staff were helpful and accommodating , sorting a booking issue immediately with amazing efficiency , the food and drink is great quality and cocktails were lovely. All the staff have been helpful , friendly and wonderful in checking dietary requirements and assistance as a disabled person . The social area is clean and well presented certainly Instagramable with the colourful and comfortable furniture set out in multiple different types , great for remote working with booths . Highly recommended a stay.
Couldn’t really fault it apart from the checking was a bit of a faff. None of the check-in points were working. The staff did their best. You used to be able to come early and might get to check in but no one there to ask and you have to pay if you want it. They do however have a locked room you can leave your luggage for free. Have to mentioned staff member Oshane who was very helpful. Always friendly and also a comedian . People like him what makes your stay more memorable. Bar staff were also friendly. Would definitely come back.
Had a really interesting stay!! Checked in pretty late - at around 11:00 pm & was about to sleep at around half past eleven when the fire alarm rang. Had to run down without my sweater or jacket - it was quite windy & cold that day. After everything was cleared, we went back to our rooms but the alarm kept ringing g for a while. The staff handled the situation quite well though. However, my biggest complain is that I had requested for my room to be cleaned thrice but my request went unheard!!! Quite happy with the service given by Harry and Dussla.
From first sight the hotel looked amazing. As soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed. We stayed for 2 nights. The Saturday and the Tuesday. On both occasions the welcome was amazing. The person who greeted us on Tuesday was so funny think his name was OSHANE and he stored our luggage before we checked in as we arrived early. Which meant we could go and explore. The rooms were fab and so were the breakfasts. I have allergies and everyone was amazing. Just what you’d expect from a premier inn. We will be back. Had a really great stay on 25/06/24, all the staff on where incredibly friendly, ready to help and just very welcoming. A credit to the company! The hotel itself is so well decorated compared to others I've stayed in, such a great environment when you walk in. Staff were all very sweet and accommodating. Next morning with my breakfast, when I checked in, I thought I'd put a breakfast confirmed by a member of staff at the touch pad machine. Luckily Oshane who was running the breakfast was very kind and let me through! On top of that I'm a coeliac, which can be very difficult when out eating anywhere and when I saw the buffet with self-serve tongs I panicked, but the cook immediately told me he'd make mine from scratch...and bring it to me! The service here has been so good and I was only here overnight. I've marked location down a little, just because of the window being propped open behind a security window I couldn't close let all the city noise in, but then I guess it's just the difference when you come from somewhere rural.
