I stayed here with my 6 year old boy for 4 nights that cost me over £300. I did not read any reviews or the website as this hotel has no air con and the heat is unbelievable. It would be handy to have a fridge on the room as I could not keep any fruit or anything cold in the room. Beds are comfortable, food at the beef eater is nice and the staff are lovely.
Needed accomodation close to Maidstone hospital at short notice. Staff friendly and helpful especially when I needed to extend my stay. As a female traveling alone I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The restaurant staff were also happy to accommodate my request for a quiet corner to sit in. Breakfast was excellent.
Service was amazing even when it got really busy. The main guy there was very good with our children getting them involved in breakfast.
Staff are lovely. We had 2 rooms, 1 smelt strongly of damp/mold, rooms where clean and tidy on arrival.
Live this place, the staff are so friendly and its location is perfect for what i need.nI visit 4 or 5 times a year and the staff always recognise me and that makes for a great experiance
