Fantastic customer care. I booked a room for my in-laws for a week whilst my mother-in-law was receiving treatment at Maidstone Hospital. The staff here were exceptional, helped make sure that my in-laws were comfortable and looked after. Made a difficult week much better. Thank you. The room was spacious and clean. Very positive experience
Chose here as it's on my way home from France. Really glad I did as it's super clean with great staff. The receptionist offered just sheets instead of the duvet as it was very hot. Got to our room and the curtains were closed with a fan on to help cool the room. Superb. See you again in October. Thank you.Rooms: 5/5
Not bad and not good. Your average stay. If you are looking for a place to just stay and not planning on going out, this is the place for you. I traveled from US for work and stayed here. Again, average place. I tried booking cabs and none would come out to place. If you are looking for a place that is convenient to bars, I would recommend staying on central Maidstone.
We had a nice one night stay at this Premier Inn and couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was good value. Would definitely recommend it.Rooms: 5/5
We travel up from Cornwall several times a year so use Premier Inns quite often! Premier Inn at Allington is the best we’ve been to so will keep using this one! Staff are friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Restaurant is great value!
Donna on reception was extremely helpfull today credit to her also the cleaners an Neil on maintenance done all they could to sort issues with no problems great customer service all round and as usual rooms are great thanks guys Rooms: 5/5
Room cold Thermostat in room very loud clicking. Duvet needed to be thicker. When I stayed in summer it was too thick!Rooms: 3/5
This particular Premier Inn is in the ideal situation as most of my family is within a short distance of the Hotel, and I found all the staff very friendly.Rooms: 5/5

95percent of staff are friendly.. work hard. Make you feel comfortable.. check you have everything you need. Are there in your hour of need.. house keepers work way too hard and sometimes go unnoticed but without them the hotel wouldnt be so comfortable . Its the best hotel too stay in and woukd recommend to anyone.. Lottie makes me smile and laugh every time she is in .. She is a great manager.. was trying to think of something i could write on a review about luke. Bless .. Friendly helpfull and cheecky.. Alice is an asset to the company. Whatever a guest needs . She will make sure they have.. so for everyone that writes a bad review stop and think just how hard people put themselves out to make your stay happy comfortable and enjoyable and stress free ..
