This is our go to place when staying in Maidstone. First time writing a review.nBest stay this time. Room is refurbished so nice and clean, everyone on desk, restaurant has been very helpful and friendly, smiling. Tasty deserts and breakfast is very good value as kids go free. Even my oldest said “his best stay yet”. Thank you to everyone who has worked from Friday evening until Sunday morning
Rooms are the standard you expect, so no issues there. Service was good and though anyone was rarely on the desk, the self service was good enough to use. Car park is tiny and not the clearest what belongs to the hotel and some of it doesn't suit larger vehicles. All in all a fine experience and I would return.
5 for value for money and very nice modern rooms with aircon and fantastic shower. Plenty of electric sockets including by the bed. Helpful staff especially Richard. The only thing which could have been better was the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working, I didn't report, however the rest of the room was possibly the best fitted and maintained of any of the many inns I've stayed in. An easy walk from the centre. Definitely recommend.
I had a swell time. I enjoyed breakfast with my family including the kids. Paula, the attendant that catered to us is such an angel. I appreciate her professionalism and respect, bless her. I will come back here with the family at least twice a month and I hope to see her when ever I’m here.
Have been staying here whilst on a 10 week course with work and cannot fault the hotel in any way. Staff here are so welcoming and helpful, it literally has felt like a home away from home.nnService at the restaurant is perfect, Charlotte in particular is so attentive and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.nnRooms have everything you need and the bed is comfy! Really quiet outside the hotel too so you get a good night's sleep.nnAll in all it's been the perfect base to fall back to after a long day of studying!
