I always enjoy staying at Premier Inn hotels because they are always as I expect or more. The standard of quality is high and consistent across all the ones I've stayed at.nnThe check-in was seamless, the beds were super comfy, bathroom was clean and the room size was decent. Breakfast was hot and delicious!nnClose to Maidstone West station, about 7-10 mins walk to the actual town centre but that's fine with me.nnWill definitely be back!
This is our go to place when staying in Maidstone. First time writing a review.nBest stay this time. Room is refurbished so nice and clean, everyone on desk, restaurant has been very helpful and friendly, smiling. Tasty deserts and breakfast is very good value as kids go free. Even my oldest said “his best stay yet”. Thank you to everyone who has worked from Friday evening until Sunday morning
Rooms are the standard you expect, so no issues there. Service was good and though anyone was rarely on the desk, the self service was good enough to use. Car park is tiny and not the clearest what belongs to the hotel and some of it doesn't suit larger vehicles. All in all a fine experience and I would return.
I wasn't expecting a good hotel but I was wrong. The Premier plus room I'd booked was lovely. Complementary bottled water and a couple of chocolates. Nice bathroom products, a coffee maker and tea facilities, subdued overnight lighting in the bathroom all housed in a lovely, big room with modern art on the wall. Check out at noon so no rush to get out. Didn't get a chance to sample the food or drink but the restaurant and bar looked nice. Staff friendly. Self check in, which I'm not used to, but a bell to call for help, which arrived promptly. Surprisingly good.
5 for value for money and very nice modern rooms with aircon and fantastic shower. Plenty of electric sockets including by the bed. Helpful staff especially Richard. The only thing which could have been better was the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working, I didn't report, however the rest of the room was possibly the best fitted and maintained of any of the many inns I've stayed in. An easy walk from the centre. Definitely recommend.
