The staff here are so welcoming. Just finished my breakfast, the host was so friendly and polite that I felt I should leave a review.nThe rooms are spotless. Dinner last night was alright. They seemed really short staffed - but still managed to get everything correct and seen to is a shortish time.nOnly complaint is the parking. The price was £10 for overnight stay. This included the discount which only takes a pound off.
Excellent staff! Charlene and her team offer an outstanding service, whether it’s 2pm or 2am, they were always super helpful. Domi, especially, was a delight to deal with; service with a massive smile and always went the extra mile to help when possible! Honourable mentions to Reece, Grace, Luke and Richard.nnEnded up staying there for three months, whilst working away from home, and having great staff at the hotel really made the difference in terms of an enjoyable stay.nnWas in 6 or so different rooms during my stay, both Double and Plus rooms. They were the standard comfy Premier Inn beds in well lit rooms, with clean bathrooms; you know what you’re getting every time with a Premier Inn. Breakfast was good, dinners were fine, again standard Premier Inn menu. Staff were always accommodating when I had awkward shifts and would prep and store my dinner until I got back.nnIf I were in the area again I would definitely stay here again.
All the staff were very helpful, want to give a special thanks Charlene at breakfast she noticed it was my daughter’s birthday and made a special effort to get some presents out for her. Thank you very much! Room was comfortable and big and well soundproofed.
The worst stay i ever had and I got a parking fine on top. The women manager is absolutely useless and rude she did not make us aware of parking charge and got a fine she also blamed us for not giving me our door card blamed me for not complaining there was no breakfast couldn't order drinks was gaslight by manager and the air con machine was not working correctly we also had hot and cold sweats the manager charlene is a disgrace to this hotel and needs to be sacked no customer service skills, rood, and unhelpful i never made 1 complaint until I got the parking fine on top of everything and should of been made aware I am so angry with her and premier in never ever again Charlene wouldn't give me her name when I asked for it she put the phone down on me when I was being polite I made them aware all of my issues had proof on camera and they didnt care and did nothing to reimburse me for my awful stay Charlene to busy being nosey and up her own .... to care about her customers being fined and having a nice stay
Me and my girlfriend stayed in room 120 during the Christmas holidays to see the Back to The Future Musical in London. As much as I loved the musical, this hotel was the best part of the week-long vacation; because of the staff. I didn't catch any names, but they were all great. We sadly didn't get a chance to say goodbye, as we had to catch the plane.nnThe food was also tasty although pricy, as hotel food is.
