Great staff, good hotel. Offers exactly what it says. Rooms are decent and well equipped. Team are willing to do whatever you need. My children love it here mainly because the staff are so welcoming and accommodating! We have stayed here long term (12 weeks) and had no issues. Any queries always dealt with. Food is Great!

Booked nice and helpful. Room as you expect. Then the restaurant! Poor service. Waited 30 minutes to be served once seated. Desert presented first before the main. The thing was the restaurant was not busy. Only half full.

Have stayed here a number of times just for a break. The staff are very friendly and the meals in the hotel value for money. Overall well worth 5 stars.

A true Kent welcome! Central and good rooms where you know what you get with the Premier Inn model. Four stars as you now have to pay for parking. What next? Pay for how much water you use?
