Attended a 1 day training course at the venue. Our function room was a little cold when we first got there but the staff quickly sorted this for us. Facilities are clean and spacious. All the staff were very helpful and the lunchtime meal was wonderful. The only negative about the experience would be the nightmare of trying to get to the venue itself. Maidstone traffic sucks so allow plenty of time to get there

Lovely food and friendly and helpful staff. Debbie was very helpful and professional!Value for money. Would recommend it. Good selection offered for breakfast.Location secluded. Garden very relaxing. Friendly staff.Went for a wedding recently and was delighted by the food and the service. Would be a 5 star but our room was delayed for quite a long time for circumstances they did not tell us.

I stayed here on a journey with work and it’s absolutely beautiful. Plenty of parking, the whole hotel is gorgeous and the breakfast included with the room was good. The walk to the room is a lot longer than you may anticipate, so elderly and those less able to make a long trip with heavy cases may need to ask for help. The hotels bar is cheap and open until 11pm, there are plenty of semi-private public spaces to sit and socialise.

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding which went very smoothly, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a little tired but the bed was very comfortable, the most important thing after an evening boogying! The bathroom was very clean although the hot water did run out halfway through a shower. All in all a good stay and a great venue for a big event.

I did not stay at Oakwood House, I joined a group of people to form The Seasons art class. Which was run by Sarah-Jane Edwards. Between January And April. I found the staff very accomodating and friendly. I had considered hireing the venue for my daughter's wedding. But she said she had already made her mind up! Elaine Nunn
