Great value for money; clean, fresh, crisp bedding, comfortable bed. We paid £29 for the room Fri and £32.50 for the room. This included vat. Also £1 booking fee. There was a great Chinese restaurant within a mile. We still have the next door restaurant to try tonight

Nice quiet location but easy access to Maidstone centre. Found the staff to be very friendly with check in carried iut with a minimum of fuss.Rooms have lovely King size beds which are incredibly comfortable. The Wateringbury pub and restaurant attached to the hotel has a very good menu selection and drinks list.

Looking at this hotel for guests for after our wedding. Staff was very helpful and gave loads of information

For some reason we were allocated a disabled room. We are not disabled and did not request it. The bed was only a 300mm off the floor - way too low for comfort. The bathroom door was a very heavy sliding door - that didn't cover the opening. It was so heavy I couldn't imagine it was easy for a wheelchair user to move it. There was only one hard upright chair - no sofa. The only mirrors on the room are full height, not lowered for disabled people. No air conditioning. One other thing to note, the restaurant is nothing to do with the hotel, so if you go phone the restaurant (very good) and book a table.
