Went here today and even though it was raining the rides etc are still on but the magic castle thing has half the things broken and not working ( which they’d failed to mention when you pay the tokens ) my son specifically wanted to go on the spinning bridge in there and it’s not working, half the things didn’t turn on or work anymore. The girl working on the theatre door was rude and short changed us our tokens so had to que up and get more back. The prices are too high for what it is. There isn’t any swings! The toilets are horrible and dirty and half the park and the moon bounce wasn’t on. Very disappointed and won’t bother going back again now.

Many attractions were not even open, some of the attractions were broken or had no lights on but they are still happy to let you pay to go in. The crazy golf is run down and in need of updating. Playground and soft play were good

Great place for a family day out. Easy access, free parking, both indoor and activities. Cheap entry fee, however, you have to buy tokens for rides. You can easily spend £20 or more...
The indoor softplay area is reasonably big, same where the food court / restaurant is. You can buy burgers, kids meal. Cheap prices, but quite big and delicious portions. For about £5.40 you can get a decent bacon & cheese burger with homemade chips. No brainer, go for it. The only downside was the cleanliness once the lunch rush hours finished - all bins were full after families.
The place has fairy door hunt for toddler we enjoyed, medieval castle, which was fine.
Would have been great to see some more animals though. There is a quite interesting exhibition bit with old, antique stuff set; a convenient store, pharmacy and a room full of items from the 50-70's. It was interesting for me. The Hop Story exhibition was a disappointment; I expected more.
The driving zone was also fun for my daughter.
Would have been great to have more attraction, maybe a farm ride, etc - hence the 4 starts.
Overall it is recommended to families, we enjoyed it. Staff were always helpful. Keep up the good work!
