Worked out really well. Staff on the Friday night were excellent, really superb. The other staff were adequate. Very good room. Sub way station right there. Parking good and a reasonably price. Literally just outside the low emission zone.Rooms: 5/5
Excellent location about 5 min walk to Tube and about 15min in to city. Friendly staff. Clean, very spacious room with separate bath and shower. Super soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied. Fridge, safe, iron, tea making facilities are all great. Black out curtains and no road noise. Bed comfortable, although sofa bed our teenager was on was not so great, springy. Would definitely stay again.
We booked two rooms, both were very comfortable and clean, the hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk from Hanger Lane station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air con control unit and they fixed it very quickly. Me and my family definitely will come back when we need to stay over night in London area.
We have been coming to this hotel for 25 years, a couple of times a year. We love this hotel, very clean, staff are friendly and they can’t do enough for us! Ali the chef is brilliant, breakfast is delicious! Pedro, the waiter is very professional and looks after us at breakfast. These members of staff are a credit to the hotel. We will be coming to see you all soon!
The rooms are average and the staff are helpful The breakfast is average but they do have a variety, which I appreciated. Absolutely amazing connectivity. The tubes and buses are easily accessible. Wonderful and peaceful surroundings. Given that, I absolutely loved my stay and plan to stay here in the near future.
Stayed here recently for 3 nights whilst visiting London for a hospital appointment. Overall the hotel and it's staff were lovely. However the guests put into the adjoining room next to us were very loud the 1st night and woke me up twice. At 2.45 am they also woke my husband up too. I rang reception to complain and shortly later the noise subsided. The following morning after breakfast I complained again to the young man on reception. Didn't get any feeling from him that anything would be done. As suspected over the next two nights the guests in room 306 still continued to make too much noise with absolutely no consideration for any other guests. Not acceptable really and the hotel should really have moved them. Good choice for breakfast, although scrambled eggs were worst I have ever seen, very pale in colour and sloppy. The fried eggs and bacon sat in lots of fat so not very appealing either. Rooms: Lovely big, clean rooms.
The rooms were nice and spacious however the service could have been improved. Staff were very laid back and when calling room service and reception the professionalism was not there. When requesting for service in the room I had to wait a long time before receiving what I needed. There was dirt under the lamps and the toilet flush did not work properly. The hotel could use some improvements, it’s a shame because the only thing I enjoyed were the rooms and how spacious it was. Everything else needs to be maintained.
