Fantastic location on the sea front, a few yards from the sandy beach. Rooms are large, although slightly dated, they are comfortable and doubles have great sea views. We went on a dance holiday. The meals are very good, with a good choice every day. The staff and service is excellent, we have been going for years and many of the staff are the same. Very friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
Great hotel lovely experience. On a turkey and tinsel theme. Rooms spacious with a sea view and tea and coffee in the room. Beds comfortable rooms are too hot . Breakfast is good, service very efficient . Evening meal's are also great and again the staff are very efficient and friendly. Entertainment is good if you like that sort of thing it's an organist singing. Tea's and cakes in the afternoon was very nice. Enjoyed the trip
Nothing in this hotel was open, after a 7 hour journey we couldn’t even get a cup of fresh coffee. No restaurant, no breakfast and bar permanently closed. No house keeping for entire stay. No towel changes no coffee/ tea refilled.nEither be open or close out of season if it is that quiet. You took my money and gave me nothing other than a bed in return. If I wasn’t so angry it would be funny.
Stayed there beginning of September. Really nice staff, especially Polish mark in the dining room. Good meals, excellent service. Would reccomend any time.
Isle of Wight did not disappoint in any way. Hotel in superb location on the seafront.Food and service excellent. On arrival our luggage was taken from coach to our room. Tea/coffee supplied on arriving and key to room provided. All done with ease. Our waiter for the week Marek gave us his charming personality and professional the service was exemplary. I would recommend for a lovely holiday and would most definitely stay again.
