Excellent food. Staff very good. Entertainment was enjoyed by all each evening. Lovely to be able to cross the road and walk on the beach

Very old fashioned hotel design. Hot room, didn't really sleep much. They put locks on windows so can only be opened about an inch. Breakfast has very little to offer in variety. Most of the time was burnt the food served. Staff was friendly. Bar closes too early. There key system doesn't really work well, they lost bedroom key on first day. Parking is close ish, but has limited room. And if more than one person parks badly (in two bays) you won't get in. Bed was comfy. Shower was very dated, had no water pressure at all! Toilet didn't always flush and was stained. Had nice enough telly in room. Pool table is well old too. Right on top of beach which was nice. Very good bar and restaurant down the road called driftwood, worth checking out :) Also worth noting I found pills on the floor in the room near bed, wasn't ours, which I stepped on on two occasions. Loved listening to the sounds of the ocean :)

Nice place for a relaxing drink. Lucky that the weather was on our side. I would imagine staying here with a sea view would be spectacular and would like the opportunity to do sowhen I return to the Isle of Wight on my next visit.

Too pricey compared to the facilities it provides. Rooms are small. Some of the reception staffs are rude and makes raciest comments. Location is excellent.
