Fantastic staff, always friendly and polite. From the hotel it is less than a 10 minute walk to the Sandown Pier. Make sure you wash your cups in your room before you use them. The buffet breakfast was always good

Very Friendly, Clean and pleasant. Had a fantastic New Years break and service and entertainment was spot on. A special mention to George our waiter throughout our stay ~ many thanks. Would highly recomend.

Absolutely fantastic, food , cleanliness and not forgetting the brilliant staff ,from reception to everyone else ,a special mention to our lovely Kristina . We had to stay another day due to the weather ,which was a pleasure for us ,and the staff were wonderful ,yet again .We will definitely be back
