Just returned from an overnight stay..nnConstructive honest feedback….nnServicenn*** 3 stars on average….nn***** 5 stars - Superb service from Sam on arrival. No smile , no good morning , no small talk - about as much personality as an ice cube…quite rude really nnAccommodationnn** 2 stars ….Adequate but dated. Musty smell in corridors , very squeaky old mattress and flat pillows- quite surprising for Premier Inn , not their best.nnFoodnn*** 3 stars….satisfactory, just ! Wrong breakfast delivered to both of us, items missing off both plates which we asked for by our unfriendly hostess. Sausage skin chewy, had to spit it outnnWill give this Premier Inn a miss in future , hope the next is better they usually are.

I stayed in this hotel, it was such a good price and located centrally to the areas we wanted to visit. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the room was clean and tidy with a lovely comfortable bed. What more do you want or need.

Amazing stay.nThe rooms, food and staff were all amazing.nThe room was clean and perfect for us. The staff were friendly from the receptionist who checked us in to the breakfast manager who spoke to us in Spanish.nIt's out of the centre but the transport links are amazing with several buses taking you quickly into the centre.nWould happily return.

Good location - about a 25 min bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh. Buses are incredibly frequent Very friendly staff. Warm, clean room - comfy bed.

More affordable than other hotels in the centre of Edinburgh and direct transport or cheap Ubers. Convenient and quiet room with great blackout curtains and lots of well lit mirrors. Lovely friendly receptionist who welcomed us at our late night check in. Room was let down by lazy cleaners - empty shampoo dispenser in shower and dust/dirt had collected. Lots of food for breakfast and well cooked. Unfortunately no gluten free toast or cereal available and we had a long wait to be seated. Quiet and pretty restaurant space. Would come again.
