Usual premier inn standard though i have to say reception girls were so upbeat and friendly and helpful.. rooms clean and tidy .would stay again.. watch you knuckles on the hand rail in the stairwell brackets have sharp edges

Clean. Efficient check in and check out. No frills attached. Exactly what you want from a Premier Inn on a business trip.

Better than expected. Good friendly service. My room was musty smelling and the mattress on my bed looked like it had never been turned however. It was banana shaped. I didn't complain so I'm only feeding back my first impressions here. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It's easy walking distance from the new entrance at Crewe station too. Overall I'd say it's probably the small hotel
