We visited this Beefeater for breakfast this morning and were really disappointed. The restaurant was quiet, yet our table was dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it ourselves. The hot breakfast selection was very limited, with most items constantly running out. We had to stand around waiting for basic items to be cooked just to get a full breakfast.nnCommunication between the single chef and the front-of-house staff was non-existent. I asked for vegetarian sausages, which were eventually cooked but left sitting on the side without anyone telling me they were ready. The chef didn’t call out even though I was seated right next to the buffet, and the member of staff in the dining area didn’t bother to let me know either. The chef only seemed to cook a few sausages at a time and disappeared frequently to make other items.nnBy the time I finally got my sausages, the eggs, beans, and mushrooms had all run out, and again I was left waiting over ten minutes without seeing a chef at all. We eventually gave up and walked out.nnWe went to Toast Haus in Nantwich instead, and it was the complete opposite — great food, well organised, and excellent service. I’d highly recommend going there instead of the disorganised breakfast experience at the Premier Inn Beefeater.
A very nice hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Extra tea and coffee is always available. The reception staff both on arrival and departure were very friendly, and gave us good info about places to see and things to do.nI recommend staying here.
Recently stayed here for just the one night. Needed to be in the area for work the next day and this Premiere Inn was ideal. Room was as to be expected, perfectly suitable for a overnight and everything worked well. Overall a pleasant stay and I will happily stay again.
£200 cash stolen from my handbag that was left at the property- both the receptionist and manager have confirmed that the money was in my bag when my bag was 'placed in the safe' for safe keeping.nOver a matter of 3 weeks, hotel management & guest relations have failed to contact me with outcome or compensation. Absolutely disgusting that a member of staff deems it acceptable to steal anything and shame on management for not investigating & resolving the situation. Shame they let it get to a police report as they failed me.nDo not stay here with any valuables, I have now cancelled all stays at this location as it is unsafe.
The Premier Inn Crewe West is a very comfortable place to stay. We know what to expect from a Premier Inn and we were not disappointed. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything needed for our stay was provided, the staff were friendly and efficient, there were plenty of free parking spaces and the adjoining Beefeater restaurant was also very good.
