Worst Hilton I have stayed in. Stayed there for business and was put in a room right next to reception. Twice i had to get out of bed to tell people to get away from my door as it was near the bar and people would linger outside my room door chatting at all hours. During the night the noise from the corridor was terrible with staff passing by with trays full of glasses rattling from the bar. Would never stay here again. Lovely area with plenty to do but very difficult to get in to it as you can't turn right in to the hotel and have to go round a loop to get in which during rush hour could easily add thirty minutes to your journey. Would never recommend this place.

Just enjoyed a lovely spa day and afternoon tea with my mum. It was our first time having a massage and facial and Megan and Robyn made us feel very comfortable and will definitely be back. The afternoon tea was very nice and the waitress was really lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice hotel and staff. Clean and tidy and well priced. The only downside is the pool changing rooms only accommodate 1 person. A bit cosy for my liking. The cost of drinks at the bar were a bit high as well.

Entrance is modern, light and airy but other areas of the hotel look a little dated. Spa area for massage treatments seems crammed into some small rooms and not what I would expect of a spa - it felt a little disjointed. The treatment (full body massage) was great though.

Stayed here with a group of 78. Ideally located for getting in and out of london whilst still being a quiet location. The staff were exceptional tailoring to our individual needs, particularly Jessica Andrews and Anthony Kallergis who did everything they could to take care of the details. Can easily accommodate large groups.
