Had everything I needed. Food was served quickly and it was hot. I used the drive through which was a bit busy but to be expected on a weekend. The staff were polite and made sure we had plenty napkins. Offers were clearly shown when entering the drive thru and prices were clear and accurate. There was an advertisement of the KFC club where you can collect points/rewards every time you eat there.

KFC Castleford now have order screens which we has a family like to use has we can pick alot easier without feeling rushed or getting order wrong. Nice and clean inside. Food was good and staff were friendly and inviting!

Its the only tasty chicken of all the three main take aways . And its not cold when you sit down

Terrible just can't get anything right. No hot drinks available no popcorn chicken and the chips were cold. Don't waste your money

Well where do I even start? I drove up to the speaker where a note stating that only cash could be taken at the time greeted me. I then proceeded to ask for a large wicked Zinger meal and was told they can't serve large meals? What is this? Wakefield HMP? I was not asked what side I'd like with the meal. As I pulled up to the second window the rude woman serving had her back to me for at least 30 seconds whilst I had cash waiting. I'm now sat in the car park 15 minutes after ordering because the food was not ready?!
