Ah, the classic fast-food trade-off. Super fast service usually means it's been sitting under the heat lamp a little too long—hence the soggy, cold chips.nn​Always a gamble when you just need a quick pit stop, but a messy restroom definitely takes the shine off a fast meal. Hopefully our next stop has crispier fries and cleaner facilities!
This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a KFC.nnI ordered my meal for dine-in, but it was served in a takeaway bag. When I pointed out that it was for dine-in, a staff member told me they didn’t have any clean trays. However, I could clearly see a stack of trays behind the counter. It seemed like they didn’t want to clean the trays or tables after 10 p.m.nnTo make matters worse, I had to go back to the counter a couple of times because items were missing from my order.nnIf you’re ordering takeaway from this store, make sure to check your order before leaving, as there’s a good chance something might be missing.
Barely anyone in and still managed to get my order completely wrong! Gravy instead of beans, no filet burger and chicken on bone instead of fillet. It’s not hard to get right at all. Paid £26 for my order along with another meal which somehow they got right. Food was already cold so can’t go back to restaurant. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back again.
Ordered my food at the kiosk and then walked over to the till to pay cash. When I got there the lady with blonde hair was too busy to take my payment and walked off as she was too busy chatting to other people. Eventually I had to ask someone for help as no one was bothered about their customer.
