It's a Burger King The food was standard Burger King food But the restaurant itself was filthy. The floor was sticky. The tables were disgusting, had not been cleaned in ages. Plus you waited ages to get your food. Wasn't that busy. The poor girl that served us ( who was very polite and nice) looked like she was about to cry. Total dissaray Really bad supervision / management Major changes needed!

I love burger king (xl bacon double cheese burger with 2 extra patties, extra bacon and oreo milkshake) the problem is xscape NEVER have the milkshake machine working, even though they have posters for it up around the store, it isn't a one off, its been for months... can be slow service sometimes, i just love burger king though so worth the wait, 2 stars off for no milkshake machine...

Without the vouchers via the burger King app, the food would have been way over priced for what we get considering its just a fast food joint. And on the subject, fast food it is not. Not sure if they were short staffed the night I went, but man it took ages to process my order of just 2 whopper meals. However, the ladies that served at the till we're actually excellent under pressure, even if I had to remind one I hadn't actually paid yet....which is another point, why doesn't each till have a card reader by now?? Owner need to look at improving the speed of the burgers at the back end. Fries are still the best out of all the fast food joints.

A clean outlet a nice friendly assistant. As with all bk there was a wait, but well worth it as food was very fresh and very tasty.
