Always eat upstairs. Not too keen on the buffet. Love the eat as much as you like, fixed price menu upstairs. Lovely food, cooked to order. Visit here around 4 times a year at least.

Great staff, been several times always enjoyed the customer service, nothing too much trouble. Good food as always, staff realised it was my birthday and offered cake, as I don't each much sweet things and i was full to the brim I declined so they discounted the bill as a present. They didn't need to as we enjoy going there, credit to them and we will see them again soon.😁👍

Not as good as it used to be, even the sauces are more diluted & tasteless. Even the shredded duck for the pancakes looks pale and odd ( it looks more like chicken ) The place desperately needs modernising ... The tables & chairs would look more suitable in a skip due to the stains scuffs and rips. And if you decide to have a pancake after your meal they advertise the syrup as MAPLE syrup, it isn't, it's more like a cheap watered down corn starch syrup. My biggest concern though is that they only have ONE star for cleanliness out of five from the local council standards board, they should also display this fact to the public to see but the window sticker is nowhere to be seen ... I wonder why ?

Says children are £6 yet charged £11 each for 2 ten year olds. When we questioned they said yes it's only under 10,s. We pointed out it doesn't say this on the website and he rudely replied yes well it used to but our website got hacked! Really!! Aside from that the food was not good, everything tasted bland and would not go back. The waitresses are lovely but the management rude. Save your money and go elsewhere. Took a spare rib home for the dog ( he loves ribs) and even he wouldn't eat it!

Came here during work with a service user. Unfortunately we had to leave before I could eat any of the food I had plated up, I asked the man in charge if I could take it with me in a box and was told very rudely that I could not and would still have to pay full price for the food and but could buy a takeaway if i still wanted to eat. I recommend the management have training in communication and work on their people skills and manners.... also do not come come if you are a vegetarian or vegan they do not cater for all.
