Not bad at all, given the price. Helpful staff on check in, clean and comfortable rooms, and decent enough food served in the restaurant. The bar staff get a bit snotty if you are hanging around at closing time. Or three minutes to closing time. But still, shut tap is shut tap. So can’t grumble. In general, a decent hotel.

The staff were really helpful. I wanted to change rooms and they sorted my request straight away and I ordered dinner to my room for some quiet time. The food was tasty and the service great.

Stayed for a local wedding, rooms clean and comfortable. Free carpark, good security for rooms. Great breakfast and if you have kids eating free excellent value for money. Very convenient location for traveling in to London.

breakfast was an absolute disgrace. we are staying for 3days, yesterday we came down towards the end of breakfast and alot of items had finished so today we got up nice and early got down to breakfast and they had ran out of white bread/ Apple juice and the fried eggs looked like they had been cooked a week ago. Now we have sat here for an hour, more people have came in since that and still nothing replaced! (but the good news the brown bread/orange juice and croissants have now gone too)

room was comfortable and clean, reception and bat staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The location was excellent walking distance to the town and railway.
