Great location for central Romford within easy walk of the town centre and train station. Great prices with inclusive parking. Decent number of parking spaces with disabled parking right next to reception entrance. Disabled access ramp into main reception with fully automated doors. Pleasant staff always helpful with any queries. Rooms are on the whole large spacious and clean, with double beds. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Full air conditioning allows you to set the temperature to your liking.

It really is Central, situated next to the ring road in the centre of Romford. I've read suns comments about the parking but on arrival, and over the 4 days we stayed, we had no problems finding a space. Reception provide a permit so you don't need to worry about those 'Pay and Display' signs. Once in the hotel, check-in was quick and efficient. There were no occasions during our stay where we found the reception unmanned, a practice which can be common in other Premier Inns. And those automatic doors really helped when coming in and out with luggage. The room was the same as any room in any Premier Inn - it was clean and perfectly functional. Despite facing onto the main road, we weren't disturbed by traffic noise (although we did have to open the window to regulate the temperature, which made things a bit noisier at times). Food was available in the adjoining Beefeater restaurant. We only had breakfast, which again was perfectly adequate. This hotel was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

The beefeater restaurant on site is very good. It is the kind of food you would expect from a chain restaurant but the quality is always good. The staff here really understand customer service, they are friendly, efficient and always welcoming.

Hotel is fine, area around it not that great. Room didn't have air con just heaters. My sleep experience wasn't great as I got really hot in the night. Apart from that it was nice and clean and everything as expected in a premier inn

Great easy access to everywhere in London from Romford. This Premier Inn is clean and recently rennovated. Free parking which is a great benefit. Liberty Bell downstairs for food- meal deal offered for guests just one of many great food options near hotel. Quiet and clean.
