Stayed in an executive room last weekend - really friendly staff and great food. My only thing I'd say is it could use a wee bit of updating as the rooms seemed quite old fashioned! Otherwise the bed was lovely and comfortable, and the room itself was of a good size.

So upset and disappointed with holiday inn Brentwood... with RED alerts across parts of the country, no thought or consideration for customers. I work with customer service myself and I am disgusted with the way my friends and I have been treated. After forwarding pictures of snow 8ft deep, barricading us in our homes and we couldn't travel 200 miles for our stay... holiday inn can't help us! We are not even asking for a refund, just the opportunity to move the money into another weekend this year but NO! Don't book with this chain I certainly won't be again!!! I have no trust in this chain of hotels to do the right thing by their customers. This weather is freak and they should as gesture of good will and to support there values around customer service, offer to help!

Holiday inn Brentwood is a modest size but is well decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but spacious and have a modern decor. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options and a lovely English breakfast. Great links to the M25. I would recommend this hotel.

Mer my new man for our first date. Food and staff were great, areas were clean. No notices about not having to pay for parking if you spend £10 or more in the restaurant as long as you get your receipt validated.

Went there for 60th lunch for 30 people. Good food and great service, would recommend it
