Absolutely amazing stay, the premises where immaculate with comfortable beds and great facilities. Only a short walk from the town centre and the train station. The owners are friendly and helpful people, will definatley return again on my next trip to Basingstoke.

Single rooms are quite small but adequate. It has 2 bathrooms, one for single rooms and one for double rooms. Upstairs bathroom is only very small. However for the money good value.

Ive been staying at Summer Breeze for about 8 or 9 times now. I like the place. Julie and Colin are very nice and easy to talk to and they always do everything they can, to make my stay at the B&B as good as possible. The rooms are nice, there's a TV in them and the beds are comfy. The rooms get cleaned every day, and the whole place has a feeling that make the B&b feel like a home away from home.

Quite disappointed that when I rang and left a message, no-one got back to me for three hours, and then I had to ring again. When i did speak to a gentleman, he said that I could not book one night 10 days in advance. Obviously they don't cater for businessmen on work related trips. Might be worth putting that on website etc.
