A weirdly quiet premier inn. I mean creepily so. No plumbing noise, quiet air conditioning. It was pretty standard. But better than a lot with working shower, clean floors and the dispenser for the soap worked. Considering when outside you can hear the motorway in the rooms you can’t hear it. Breakfast is the same as all the other premier inns. So grab a coffee and some wet eggs and off you go. Still staff were friendly all of the ones I interacted with. Bed was comfortable.
What an EXCELLENT Premier Inn!nnCheck in was quick and easy, I was greeted by Kate whose welcome was exemplary and warm. I asked about the times for breakfast and that I might be up a little later in following morning, Kate promised that she'd inform the restaurant staff that I may be on the late side of service. The food was exactly the right temperature and tasty with a vast range or options and value for money. I enjoyed a pint before I retired to bed which cost £5, nice one!nnMy room was warm, clean and quiet. The shower was possibly the best I've had in a hotel in many a stay and my bed was really comfortable.nnThe only issue I had was the front door key fob didn't work however the night staff were on hand to let me in. First world problems, eh? But don't let that deter you, this Premier Inn was great!nnThanks to Kate and all the staff for a really pleasant stay.
Really pleasant premier inn. Lovely staff but big shout out to Junior who was very friendly and had a lovely manner. Been here for 2 nights as had a funeral to attend to and I must say the staff made it a lovely stay. The receptionist guy, the lovely waitress and the bartender who looked after us on Sunday night were rushed off their feet but still made the effort to look after a table of 8 of us.nAs always great comfy beds too!
Greeted by a friendly knowledgeable member of staff who made our check in seamless.nOur rooms were comfortable with beds easily comparable to many 5 star establishments we have stayed in.nUnfortunately we had a power cut in one of our rooms caused by a faulty kettle connection. The duty manager remedied this issue within minutes and arranged complimentary tea and two glasses of wine by way of apology!nAt breakfast the staff were very industrious but also open to a lively chat.nnI wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
Excellent stay, welcomed by Molly, who provided us all the info we needed. Our room was as requested and clean. We ate in the restaurant and was looked after by Emma, who was lovely. The food was good too. We had a great night sleep. Easy parking and good location. Thank you
