Worst customer service ever! The male worker with grey hair wearing glasses keeps raising his voice at me as well as other customers. Also makes lots of mistakes, first he asks me to put my letters on the scale and then he doesn't even bother looking at the results and tries to overcharge me. Once I prove his mistake he makes lots of hassle with refunding incorrect postage he charged me which takes him ages while his attitude becomes more and more rude. Never learns his lesson as he does exactly the same thing every time I'm there. I even started telling him the weight myself since he can't be even bothered looking at the scale but he doesn't seem to listen. My every trip to this P.O. results with leaving frustrated. Is anyone ever going to do anything about it?!
Home to one of the top 5 most unpleasant people on the planet. The guy who works for the post office with the glasses is down right rude and off-putting. Snide and snappy to name just a few. Decided in future to travel onwards to the next nearest Post office as I was done being Interegated and harassed about my mail. "How many you got"time after time in an intimidating manner. Customer service rating? Non existent. Probably a term not uttered In this establishment. 0/10
This post office is really unprofessional workers with in work place. The Male who I believe to be named as Tony is always very very rude, snappy, cheeky, and there’s no proper customer service being given out towards any of the public whom use this post office. Along with the countless times there ATM is never working! And other issues / problems relating to this post office. Maybe best to take these matters up with the Trading Standards Customs office.
The man Tony is extremely incompetent at his job, looking at other reviews I can see I'm not the only one who has had to deal with this, I visited about 40 days ago to post to the DVLA, I approached Tony and asked if it would possible if he could stamp the letter and send it in the next pick up, which must have some how provoked him, his reply was, "whit aff just gotta post this" and rolled his eyes at the thought of doing postal work, I left feeling that my letter may never leave that shop, and low and behold today I received a letter informing me that my letter was never sent, how is this Tony getting away with this...

The worst post office in Glasgow. The man working there is rude .. he sends himself parcels as he wants. They should release him.
always a queue, staff are not very customer focused and at times rude, as well as grumpy, services advertised on the post office website unavailable despite extensive in store advertising such as depositing cash in your high street bank, as a company glory days long gone especially as this branch location seems to have been an after thought to make use of store space rather than serving the community.
Staffs terribly rude, never come back.
I'm just back from posting a parcel at the post office. Having read the reviews before I went I was really looking forward to meeting the man causing all those bad reviews , he sounds hilarious but I'm gutted to say that he wasn't there. There was a fine Asian looking gent at the counter who promptly and efficiently dealt with my request. I have to put a word in for the friendly customers I chatted with while queuing as well . All good
