Been in twice now to post the same package. The first time the staff were rude and unhelpful simply saying that's incorrect and we can't send it ( it is returns prepaid packaging so it's what I've been given) then when I ask why she says it just can't. And that it can't float around in the packaging. So I fill the package with bubble wrap and today again I get told I can't send it because it needs to be rigid packaging. How's about just explaining to people what they need to do before you just send them away. Total waste of two of my lunch breaks

A handfull self-service machines makes it quick and easy to deal with your own post, but there's also personell quick to jump in if needed. Convenient size.
