I love the services at this Post Office. Accessibility: ‍ accessibility is available here. Location: no hassles locating here just the same block with M&S but on the Glassford street. Services: the staff are really efficient and welcoming. The queue announcement is such a great innovation.
I've used this post office a few times when in the city centre and never had in problems. The staff are pleasant and have never tried to sneak in extra services I don't need. They also stock a lot of stationery and parcels. The post office is also part of a mini-market, which means the space is at a premium. Normally isn't a problem, but it's definitely harder to social distance in this branch compared to other post offices I use.
The staff are really efficient and welcoming. Sandra who helped me step by step in sending my DVLA application which I appreciate so much. She honestly made it very easy and helpful advising me through out.
The very first time I got my parcel lost. I deposited hundreds of parcels at post office don’t know if it’s STRIKE that caused my parcel lost or it’s the negligence of the staff that made it DISAPPEAR as I saw my track of parcels saying it is only received at the post office but is never dispatched away to my sender’s address. Such a shame and disappointment
Today I had to post 2 passports to different embassy’s . The lady who helped me step by step which I appreciated so much as it’s quite stressful sending out applications with important documents . She honestly made it very easy and helpful and advising me throughout
One of the clerks unfortunately don't know her name, hasn't filled out mandatory digital details on the international parcel, now my parents cannot pick up it up because it cannot go through country customs due to this service negligence. I have paid 39£ for 2.100 kg, which is absolute extortion and the fact that people working at the post office don't even know how to do their job correctly or simply don't care.... She also has misspelled the address putting '6' instead of '8'. I'd suggest to go to a different branch.
This Post Office is greatly improved after a complete refurbishment in 2018. Previously the Post Office itself was crammed in the back of a convenience store, now there is far more space. There also seems to be more desks open to serve customers, so the queue moves quicker. The store is open 8am to 6pm at least Mon-Fri so it's convenient to drop something off on the way to/from work. Staff are friendly enough too in my experience. Overall a far better Post Office than before. Good job all round.
I like going to this post office but I wish it wasn't busy all the time, right down to the door!!
The staff lady at window 4 made up a reason to refuse my parcel and wouldn't offer a solution. I'd posted identical parcels twice there already... Went to a different post office and had zero problems there. If you absolutely need to post here I suggest prepaying for postage online and only dropping off your items at the counter. They'll get a lower cut of your postage fee that way which I feel is completely deserved.
Great service from the staff who went the extra mile. I needed some travel money, and while it wasn’t in stock at the time, staff were super helpful and arranged this to be in the next day and made sure to call and let me know as soon as it arrived. Would recommend for travel money services in Glasgow.
