Post Office at the back of a WH Smith. Horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. Was overcharged. Was posting a letter and the woman didn't even check the size using their guides and just put it through as a small parcel. I didn't notice I've been overcharged until I left and checked the receipt. Phoned the head office who put me through to the branch and the man on the phone was so defensive, said the mail had already left the branch and he said all his staff are trained and trusted they did their job properly. He didn't even question or ask his staff about it and kept blaming me and that it was the correct postage even though he didn't/couldn't check. I post a lot of the same items so I know it's a large letter, not a small parcel. If that's how they treat customers then I'm sure they won't be around for much longer, or the guy who I spoke to on the phone anyway. Not recommended and wouldn't come back again.

Convenient for sending and receiving letters from far away places without having to travel to said places yourself
