Dreadful. Post Office website says open to 5pm Saturdays. Went down at 1:50pm to get two passport renewals only to find they close at 2pm. Was reluctantly told we would be served. I apologised, told them about the error on the website. Went to get photo ID in their booth- £10. Photos didn't look right. Called the operative, he assured me they were acceptable as passport ID. Back to counter at exactly 2pm. "Sorry, we're closed". Off to Kirkintilloch Post Office (really IS open to 5 on Saturdays!) only to be told through the check and send service that the photos were NOT acceptable. Another £15 to have need photos taken in a studio in Kirkintilloch main street. DON'T GO NEAR POPPIES (Bishopbriggs Post Office) for passport applications.

Rubbish I wouldn't even give it one star. Tried going in to get passport photos at 13:50 because it said on the website it closed on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Got the passport photos which the man at the till said were fine and then they told us they couldn't renew the passport because it was too late even though it was a couple of minutes before 2 pm. So we thought ok and we went to Kirintillochs post office only to know that the photos were no use because the background in them was different colours and our heads were not in line even though we got told they were fine! That was £10 for photos that now cannot be used. Extremely angry and will not be using Bishopbriggs post office again will be going to the superior Kirintilloch post office from now on.

Inside the shop at the back. Can be busy at times. Parking is around the back close to the park.
