Awful post office. Always a huge queue and slow service. They also charge twice the price of other post offices and quote prices twice that advertised on the Royal Mail website. The Asian man, who I presume is the owner is also very rude and has extremely poor customer service. Doesn't like to be questioned about the prices. I asked why he was quoting me over double the price advertised on the Royal Mail website and he just laughed rather cockily and said I was wrong. When I showed him the price on the Royal Mail website and told him to see for himself, he refused saying 'i'm not looking at that." I then asked if the store was a franchise, assuming it must be and that's why they charge twice as much. He laughed again and said "don't know what that is, what's that." It clearly is and he quite clearly knew what I meant. There is another post office on Dumbarton Road, I would go there instead - it has much better reviews. The reviews on here for this branch speak for themselves.

2 time we came for BRP . We waiting on the line after they told go back and wait for 20 minutes again and after we look to your. That's low customer services quality.

This branch is a joke. Very slow service and over-priced items (half the price when searched on their site!). Very unpleasant experience.

Always a que. Very slow at serving and not very helpful. Most post offices have other things in them you can buy but not here, its empty.
