Absolutely stunning, characterful, spacious venue. Perfect for weddings, charity events, concerts, filming and more! The staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

I just joined excellent service the lady at the reception her name is Natalie was excellent I couldn't ask for better very very happy

One of the worst gym of W2, machine doesn’t work, very old, mostly used by the council people, service is like never been there. Don’t waist your time going there. The pool is nice.

Inspite of Covid regs the experience was great thanks to nice staff and good organisation. We were in a rush and our group was very well served. Special thanks to Ali.
