I really like the gym, the instructors and the classes but the english ladies in charge and at reception are quite rude, not even a smile or try to explain things in a better way. They need to work in be nicer to people, other members feel the same way. Take care of your customers.

Great local community  building/sports centre.  Love it

Using mainly the pool. Pre-booking sessions on the app to max. 10 people per lane is wonderful. Prevents pool overcrowding that sometimes happens at certain hours, making it unbearable to swim. This scheme should be maintained after COVID. Good facilities and staff.

I realized that the Corona virus protacal that they took to protect everyone was very good. And I'm happy that they had the changing room open even though I thought it was going to be shut so thank you

1st day back. It was good to be back ‍ although unfit. There was a few negatives, changing by the Pool side, Water was cold, no Steam nor Sauna Room as led to believe/promised and the Shower was very cold.

I love this place. The staff are wonderful
