Incredible food; great dining experience. They have a generous vegan menu, and the staff are highly conscientious of dietary requirements (which is such a relief). The place has a calm, cosy and romantic environment, and is the perfect place to spend a few hours over dinner and cocktails. Mushroom tea, served in-between courses, is my new favourite dish. Highly recommended!

The whole experience was brilliant. From the moment we walked in the door the staff were friendly and brilliant. I'm pretty chatty so the staff from bar tenders (have a cocktails) to waiters were all engaging and welcoming. The tasting menu was fabulous. The clever plays on food just so unexpected and so very good. The fish and chips burst with flavours as the crunchy and fluffy chip contrasts with the taramasalata. If I was offered oyster ice cream I might have said no and that would be a mistake - I found myself debating licking the shell clean to avoid missing any! The ice cream box just fun even we had most of the flavours wrong. The wine was great and well explained. The one problem with Pollen Street is that it has made all other food disappointing!

My favorite restaurant in London. It’s a perfect balance between foodies and service. The one star Michelin restaurant delivers every time (been here about 6 times in the last 3 months) and every time I left wanting to come back. Their lunch deal is a great value - 37 pounds for a 3 course meal - and you can get wine pairing for an additional cost. The ox cheek is my favorite main course. The crab salad from the appetizer. And ice cream from the desert Menu. Love the the caviar and mouse appetizers at the begging of each meal, and champagne ice at the end of each meal. Fish and duck are great off the non-lunch menu. The atmosphere is sophisticated and service is always excellent. Enjoy!

Top quality food and top service. The staff really knows how to do their job and what they are serving, good knowledge of the food and wine. We had the 8 course tasting experience and we definitely enjoyed! I would recommend with my eyes closed. Go for it!!!

Modern British actually means international food with french styling and Pollen Street Social does it very well. The room though not overdone is stylish and confident in its design and colour scheme. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to make you feel very special. The food is what you expect from restaurants like these, beautifully presented, tasty with the best ingredients. Highly recommended.
