Just brilliant. It is very busy but the service you get from the whole team is worth it. They take the time to look at your gait and how you walk and run in the shoes they suggest. Aftercare is fab and between me and my boyfriend I think we have run in almost every shoe. They are happy to swap out until you get the pair just right for you. Would highly recommend.

Went in for a pair of trail shoes. The staff spent ages with me, about an hour discussing my feet and ankles. Ended up with a new pair of supportive shoes and an insert to support my more bent ankle. Great all round.

Hi I have previously visited your shop and received excellent customer care. I recommended your shop to a friend and we visited yesterday. I have given myself 24 hours to consider if I should make a complaint. May I say that the service yesterday (around lunch time ) was absolutely shocking and discourteous, so much so I replaced the shoe I was considering purchasing and we both left the shop. I appreciate working with the public can be difficult at times, however I could not believe the lack of interest and general rudeness shown to two customers. I have looked for an email address so I could send this without it being posted publicly on the web, however I was unable to find one. Yours Dr Mandy Forbes
