I had an appointment for 1130 and didn't get seen until 1230 this is understandable if they are behind but the doctor I seen didn't even aknowledge she seen me late didn't apologise and got on with to see what is bothing me. I have had problems since 2015 and we are on 2017 and the doctor is trying to say it is in my head when I can clearly see and feel it's not so I am never wanting to go back. When the doctor explained I have a procedure in January I simply said yes Dr you referee me there in a calm voice and not a rude way her response was "I see over 3000 patients a year you know", I was shocked as I wasn't being rude and was only saying what she asked and although she may have a very stressful job she should not take the out on a patient and certainly not tell them it all in their head when the have the evidence to prove otherwish.

Receptionists are very helpful and doctors approachable. Very fortunate to have online access to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions as well. Easy access to building and big car park as well.
