Just visited the store and picked up my first bass. The store is fantastic and staff were polite and friendly. It was refreshing to look around and see what they have available without feeling pressured by them. I was able to try each bass I was interested in without hesitation and the advice given was incredibly helpful. I'd happily come back to the store for all my supplies and future purchases. I really liked that they also said about free taster lessons and that it'll be a great way to start learning to play. Cannot praise the store enough after my visit today.

Great shop. Super friendly staff. Always so helpful. Great deals too and will price match other stores so better to buy in store and support a local shop and workers.

Great collect of quality guitars and helpful staff. This where I came for a Taylor and there were loads to try in a comfortable environment. The parking isn't great but if it is quiet, you can park outside the shop. It is a shame that it isn't an authorised Taylor service centre as I have to go to Harlow for that. The staff were quite knowledgeable and had an interesting range of guitars to try. I would recommend it as a place to buy an acoustic guitar.

Big selection of guitars and amps. Pedal selection is decent too. Most of the staff are really helpful. Apart from a few who arnt.

Spoke to Tristan on the phone about if they had a product in stock. He was really helpful. Visited the store, in and out in within 10 mins, real friendly and helpful staff. Cheers!
