Great store, amazing customer service, absolute pleasure to deal with, when it comes to buying instruments you want reassurance you’re in good hands especially if maintenance is required down the road, this is where stores like musicland excel and will keep a loyal customer base because of it so whatever it is you need I thoroughly recommend going here first, five stars all the way!

I was browsing here and talked to an old, plump blonde woman in some senior position. She was irritable, completely unhelpful per my requests, and plainly rude, insulting without provocation.

We all need to put food on the table, but it's getting real tiring to see mannerless old hags in customer facing positions. Otherwise, the store's range was limited and the instruments were grossly​ unclean (strings old and dull, necks greased with finger oils and leaving a stink on the hands).

Also note how every response to critical ratings here has been defensive and blame-shifting.

Avoid, and try the PMT place on Eastern Ave - much bigger and better in every sense.

I would like to thank the staff st Music Land once again for brilliant service.  We purchased a Yamaha Electric Piano for one of our sons and they delivered on his birthday.  One of the delivery guys spent ages taking him through all the features.

This was some time ago, but I put a deposit down for a violin and a few days later someone called and said it would take two months to arrive and asked whether I would like to cancel. I said I would think about it and then get back to them. I spoke to the violin tutor and they said it was long time and my daughter needed a violin upgrade sooner. So I went into the shop and cancelled but as I was getting the refund, the owner interjected and shouted at me, asking me what I was going to do with the violin when it arrived. I replied that his staff said I could have a refund. Which he confirmed and then changed his tone and shook my hand. But this left a bad impression and I no longer visit that shop. It's the closest to me and since I've brought several violins, a couple of violin bows, a digital piano, and a flute, and now looking to buy an acoustic piano. This is several £1000 that I would have spent in the shop and loss business from any recommendations I would have made.
