This store actually sold me a stolen phone, which the IMEI has now been blocked and the said phone is still under a year warranty. I called them several times but no one was picking the calls, went to their store only to discover, it been closed down. I eventually got their direct contact from their next door neighbour and explained what had happened. At first, they were sounding helpful and ask me to give them a week to sort it out. After a week they called to tell me there’s nothing they can do and the direct line has stopped going true since then. I wonder what went wrong with them cause they use to be reliable and this was actually my second purchase with them.
This shop shut down for a while during the plague but has now reopened in Romford at least. Lots of new and 2nd hand kit here for sale. Needs your help to get back on its feet! Time to go buy something Guys and Dolls ! I bought my last phone, an S9, here and have never looked back. Next ones going to be an S22 Ultra+! Next year 2022 now though, if I am still here! Sell lots of new and 2nd hand gear. Good prices +12 mo 2nd Owner guarantee. Never had any problems here. Phones, laptops, accessories galore etc... Great staff, tiny shop but staff know their stuff. Nothing is too much trouble. Good. Enjoy. I did... Ask and it will be sorted for U!
This a great shop to buy tech from. I've bought four phones from here and I've been impressed each time. The staff are wonderful- helpful, polite, patient and knowledgeable. two of the phones were for me and the other two were birthday and Christmas presents for my daughters, which I bought today. The guys couldn't have been more helpful and I'm impressed again with the prices and quality of the iPhone I bought ! I will highly recommend to anyone I know who is looking to buy things. Thank you.
Purchased two MacBooks from this store. Service was top class. Price was fair and the condition of the laptops was excellent. The manager and his staff are good guys. Really reasonable. Will definitely be using this store again given the high quality products and good customer service.
Jus popped into this store.. Having taken the time to pick some films I quite fancied binging on, unfortunately the temp was challenged with the task of serving me.. Nevermind quite happy to go somewhere else.
Sometimes they really have good deals on second hand phone. So do keep an eye on this store.
My Husband has bought 2 phones from this shop. There were problems with the second one but it was soon resolved. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place. Thank you :-
I bought my son a phone and I was told I had a years warranty on the phone it's was bought on 7th August 2020 and it has stopped work now they are telling me if it is the battery it's not covered. This is not I was told. Then I have to take it to the shop and they will send it to stratford but I want to take it as my son needs it for school Monday they was not helpful I had to ask for the person to call the manager to get permission for me to take it. I would never buy from there again.
I took my brand new LG phones to Baseo Romford to sale, after testing for 3 days they said that both phones don't work with sim card and phone are faulty. that was strange so i asked them to give me their sim cards so i can test myself as the phones brand new phones and i opened the seals for them myself. I tested the phones with sim cards and phones were working fine with signals and everything. then i asked them to check them again they replied that our manager said phones are faulty and we can't take them even after witnessing that phones were working fine with the sim cards and showing signal and making calls. that was so dumb of them. all i was saying that if phones were faulty according to them then why did not they called to take them back after 3 days. everybody was just saying i was not there when they book the phones and test. such unprofessional service. CEX and Game store is in the same mall very professional service there. CEX booked, tested and gave me money same day.
Very welcoming, friendly people. No hassle service. Offered a good price for my old iPhone. Thoroughly recommend. Will use them again.
