Quite nice and big enough store. It’s a bit far from London so you would expect a little more enthusiasm from the staff when you take the time to come over and want to use the service (otherwise you can check the products and order them online). Staff chatting to each other, only a couple of customers. I had to seek them hardly to get help and rather gave up asking questions when seeing the bored faces. Next time I don’t bother.. an hour journey to still be only helping myself. When you email them, no reply at all or it takes ages.

Best music shop in Essex You can browse at your leisure, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I am very happy to have such a lovely music shop in my area. I would have to travel to another area if it were not there 👍☘️

Lots of space to try all the instruments you want. But service is so so. Had to find cables an amp myself. It's like self checkout in Tesco.

Great products but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still waiting on 2 items which should have came 2 weeks ago and been chasing customer service and could not get a straight answer once! Don't speak to Lorraine if you want to maintain your sanity.
