Walked in with the sole aim of trying a DSLR camera that I was thinking of purchasing . Tried all the cameras that were on my shortlist. Made my decision and then had a quick search on my phone to check there pricing was good. Even with £20 off they were still £120 more expensive. During my visit no store staff talked to me, one lady who was standing at the end of the isle I was down didn't lift her head from her phone. Obviously there was more important stuff for her to doing than selling any products.

Staff, when you can locate one, are helpful however there are some who need additional training so they are knowledgeable in what their company sales and basic people skills before being allowed on the shop floor

A chain selling anything electrical from washing machines to mobile phones and accessories. A good place to get a hands on feel for prospective purchases and, if there is a sale on and you have checked online and elsewhere beforehand, buying. We recently bought a small laptop here and were very satisfied although it took a little while to get served.

Romford Eastern Avenue I went in to buy a a gas cooker finding one I wanted I waited for a sales person who was talking to 4 others customers who were together. After waiting about5 mins I decided to have as walk down the site to look at another shop. I returned about 10 mins later sales person still talking. I waited another 5 mins then sales person interrupted his conversation went to find a colleague. The colleague came over and walked off with the person who had just come into the store. I walked out in disgust and went to the Currys at Goodmays where I was pollightly served an I bought the gas stove.
