What is the point in even advertising a trade in price online which states that you can get £120 for a 'Good, Working' condition phone IN ANY STORE yet somehow cut that by half in store just because i don't have an "official" Apple charging cable and box. The lady was too quick say "that is not a genuine cable" whispering to her colleague like i couldn't hear what was said and proceeded to walk off on her phone without even helping me. Term 3.1.3 if applicable, is accompanied by a compatible and working charger, power cable or controller (if required to demonstrate basic functionality). Where does it say "Genuine"? Quite frankly making a figure up at the top of their head and making up their own rules. Went to Ilford on the other hand and got offered the full amount. Still yet to trade in with them but will not recommend this store. Poor attitude and quite frankly not acceptable. The gentleman at the till who served me was pleasant nonetheless.

I would give this shop 0 stars of I could. I recently visited the game shop in Romford on Saturday 14th January around 12-2 O'Clock to buy a second hand game, Overwatch, I spent around 10 minutes to try and find it due to awful shelving techniques. it then took me 5 minutes to wait in the empty line. As soon as the oblivious worker finally realised had been standing there two people came over I went on the second counter and told the worker of my game and they then took around 5 long minutes to find the game in the most obvious place. This particular game cost £27.99. As soon as i got home i found out that this game disc was covered in scratches and some very deep (as shown in one of two pictures), but on the front i was very concerned at some wax looking spots all over the disc. I was thrilled with excitement for my new game to then find out that my Xbox picked up that it was Overwatch, but never lasted more than 15 seconds before cancelling the download due to a dirty disc. I cleaned the disc, put it in, What a surprise, it didn't work. I followed all of the solutions on the Xbox support page and none of the worked!

I was absolutely mortified by being asked for id yesterday by a child behind the counter I am a 31 year old woman and a mother of 2 I was so embarrassed and angry and left and will not be returning I went and purchased the game I wanted somewhere else with no problem
