Don't waste your time if you're planning to change the battery. I booked my BATTERY REPLACEMENT appointment 2 days before I go there. On the appointment day, I left the office early, took the train and got there on time and I was told that they don't have any battery at their stock. What an unprofessional way of managing the business! So to speak, you are a technology company but you don't bother to check your stocks or inform your customers.

Andrew Power has been my Personal Trainer at Stormfront, Romford ,since March 2017. He has tutored me with regard to the use of my iPhone SE. During that time, Andrew has shown himself to be a most gifted teacher .My confidence level has increased beyond my wildest hopes and my new knowledge has opened up new horizons beyond my expectations. Thank you so much, Andrew. As an ex Secondary School Teacher with a career spanning 35 years, I like to think I can spot a good teacher when I see one. Andrew has certainly shown me he is a naturally gifted communicator. Thank you, so much.

Absoluteley embarassing attempt at customer service. If you are planning on getting your battery replaced do not waste your time booking in with Stormfront. I went to an appointment to find out they had no batteries in stock for the iPhone SE. I was told that they would be ordered and a battery would be expected in the next day or two. I phoned every day for the next 4 days only to find out that my phone had not been logged in their system or the battery ordered. I was offered to book another appointment which I found a little silly seeing as how badly they had failed the previous time. Do not use Stormfront if you value your time as they will surely waste it.

Was told to use this store through apple support for a 1 hour battery replacement service. Came back to collect phone 1 hour later and they had broken it and I was told i would be given a replacement at some time, 1 week later I went to the store to collect my phone and take it to the actual Apple store to hopefully collect a device from there since Stormfront still giving me no information or details on when I would get a device, as I collect the phone they told me they can just give me a phone from the store now, after a week of no phone, no emails from them or anything telling me how my support case was going... Staff were absolutely useless every time I called them and just said they were waiting on Apple....

Not really an Apple store. I won’t go out my way to go to this store. They weren’t very helpful unfortunately they couldn’t do much for my phone the sent me to Westfield instead.
