Inedible pizzas. Completely soggy throughout & we ended up throwing more than half in the bin. Wait times were also completely unrealistic. I was told the pizza would be read in 20 mins. Arrived and was told the pizza was in the oven. 30 minutes later I was still waiting for my order! I asked to cancel, but the store told me that they cannot process refunds, which is ridiculous (at which point my pizza was finally presented - although undercooked!). Won't be returning any time soon.

Not good at all, the pizza has been tepid on more than one occasion and I had to reheat it myself 🤔 didn't I just pay for that service! Whatever happened to the wonderful pizza hut restaurants that we used to know.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry this is quite appalling. The base is clearly stretched unevenly and it hasn't been degassed correctly, the cheese has also clearly been applied from an inward motion going outward. You haven't sprayed around the base with classic crust dressing and you've barely put any garlic sprinkle on it either. Appalling service, extra cheese goes on the bottom of the base, not the top

Ordered a pizza... turned up 20 minutes late, wasn’t even that hot and when i bit into the pizza, under the cheese it was still raw! oh and not to mention when I called up to ask where it was I got put on hold until I got bored and hung up twice
