Went it for a breakfast in your PJ's offer. Great vibe with the staff and other punters. Good food and great fun... apart from this they do a great deal on patisserie and coffee before 11am on weekdays. Staff are very friendly. Got to stop going in.

I visited Carluccios today at 5.45pm after being informed by a friend that the restaurant was advertising a daytime 2 course meal at a good price if ordered before 6pm. On arrival at the restaurant I was informed food was available and seated at a table, then told the daytime meal offer was not available at that time. I noted from details supplied and confirmed this by website reference that it should have been - the waitress, not a local lady, had lied to me. I was so angry, I left the restaurant immediately. I shall tell my friends and colleagues of this event and feel so let down. I now live in Reigate and work in the high street and will make sure that everyone I know is made aware of this event.....all for the sake of earning a possible £2 extra for a meal.........how stupid, what diabolical customer service. Has anyone else faced this rudeness and lies?

Brilliant night with my husband! We had bad experience in central London location and said we wouldn't bother again but we recently moved to the area and thought we would give it another go. Food was brilliant and service was great, we had Dori (might have spelt her name wrong) but she was so friendly and really made our evening. Will be coming back again soon!

Terrible service. Tried ordering a drink and she walked off as I was speaking to her. Got given wrong food, even though I said are you sure this is the mussels. Food wasn't great either. 3 of our table of 10 ordered the arancini. None of which had the beef ragu inside them. Risotto was sloppy too. Not like how they used to be. Standards have obviously gone down.

Popped in for lunch, really atmosphere and welcoming staff. I had the set menu which tasted great and was very filling, my wife had the seafood pasta and and starter from the al a carte menu- both were really nicely prepared a generous portiins. Really nice way to spend linch
