The food and the environment was great, however I am a young adult and I was with a group of 15 people. We used a discount code for 20% off which took away £40 from our original price. So whilst we were all trying to pay for ourselves, a particular waiter did not remind us to take away the 20%. Half of the group paid by card and the other half paid by cash. This waiter, (who was a tall man with glasses) told us that we were paying the right amount when we were actually paying the full price. When I asked him how much he needed after the people using cards had paid, he refused to tell me. So he asked me instead how much I was going to pay. We ended up blindly giving this waiter a £40 tip because he refused to tell us the actual price we were meant to pay him. He kept mentioning a tip included but £40 is greedy and selfish. I believe he used our age to his advantage, which is extremely unprofessional. This man is greedy and wicked. (He also had a poor attitude and was very impolite).

Booked a table for Mothers Day earlier in the week for 3pm to find the booking had not been logged and they could not accommodate me until 7pm which was too late with two small children. Nowhere else available as everywhere was fully booked. Not impressed.
